Auto-activation deficit

Postby ian » Mon Nov 22, 2010 6:54 pm

Hi, I'm new here- not sure if this is the correct place to post but I have been very concerned with my lack of ability to come up with spontaneous thoughts- often I feel empty headed.. I also suffer from social anxiety but this is a problem I get when not anxious either e.g just walking down the street, or sitting at home.. Having searched the net I have found this link, has anyone ever heard of this or has similar symptoms? I'll try and see a doc next week. Any comments from people with similar would be appreciated.

-Though I don't have the condition in the 2nd link where it talks about a delayed reaction to things, more just the lack of thoughts coming from within myself.. : /

I think the stress is the main reason behind the Social anxiety. Social anxiety is a feeling of discomfort, fear, or worry that is centered on our interactions with other people and involves a concern with being judged negatively, evaluated, or looked down upon by others. In Social anxiety you feel discomfort, fear, or worry that is centered on our interactions with other people and involves a concern with being judged negatively, evaluated, or looked down upon by others. Now a days Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) are the most popular medications used in treating Social anxiety. I think side by side Yoga will also help you to get out of stress.
