Phosphatidylserine

Does anyone have any positive reviews of Phosphatidylserine? I am considering Effexor for my social phobia, but don't want to take any psych-pills if i don't have to.

I don't think Phosphatidylserine is for the treatment of anxiety.. more for memory loss, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease mainly.
As for Effexor, i've been on it for over 4 yrs and have great results with it, go with the medication that is known to help anxiety then something that may be iffy. Effexor is used for anxiety quite a bit... but you can always speak with your doctor about it more.
