You're a student I'm assuming. Join the club.
I used to get VERY sick before any event when I was younger, like Easter, Christmas and birthday parties. I still do occasionally, but it might help you to know that I grew out of it - and no doubt you will, too. It might just take a while longer.
Of course, it might just be a severe case of a nervous stomach, in which case you can do something about. Now I'm not telling you what to do, but I've heard that these things called nerve tonics are supposed to work. You might have to do some research, but if your nerves are calm, your stomach is calm, and if your stomach is calm, you shouldn't get sick. Take it from one who knows - I think I've had more stomach aches in my life than anyone else I know.

Aches aside, just TRY to relax and take something like PB or an equivalent. Good luck.

I found Gabapentin(medication) to pretty helpful myself. I don't know how hard it is to get over there, but here in the States it's pretty easy.

hmmm...if it's as bad as it sounds, then I'd go see a doctor. And don't be afraid to tell just how bad (aka visual) it gets.
Now when it comes to brands I've heard of something called Triple Complex Nerve Tonic, but it might be easier to just google nerve tonic - there's a lot there to see.

Good luck and keep us updated.

Do you not have an Anti-anxiety medication?. I'd try this tonic or something else before turning to medications....it's just healthier. But if you have it quite bad then seeing a psychiatrist would be the smartest thing to do. Some thing's can infact make it worse, And most people simply dont grow out of it.

Perhaps it's just from stress if this is a difficult time in your life. When I was younger, my parents seperated and I got sick from all the tension. Or have you suffered all your life?
