Today i had the most humiliating moment in my life, i keep getting flashbacks and i have no idea how to deal with it.
I got to school as early as i could (by one hour) and i sat in the classroom studying for my quiz. I had my periods and i tend to sweat more when im on my periods and nervous.
It was almost school time and a student came into the classroom but rushed out immediately, I did not really think about anything since i was focused on revising for my exam..
But moments later i realized the students standing outside the classroom telling the teacher that the class stinks
I didnt know what to do at all, i still feel very embarrassed..

Hey,
Honestly it happens to the best of us, one time I was at this family dinner and I was on my period and my brother put his head into my vagina area and was like “wow that smells really bad I’d never want to come out of your baby hole” it was really bad. But after a while everyone just forgets about stuff like that it’s just you who will remember.
it’s not nice if people suggest you smell but everyone sweats and all girls have periods and people pee and poop and have sex. So that’s pretty gross.it’s natural. I read somewhere if you keep doing things that are humiliating eventually you might be able to become shameless so there’s that as well haha xxx
