I do and I'm currently trying to quit for a number of reasons. Did anyone here do the same thing at one point? If so how did you quit? I know there's also the nicotine dependence factor, but social anxiety is definitely a big trigger for me when it comes to feeling like I need to step outside for a cigarette (especially at a party).

I do the same all the time, a cigarette break is also a break from people so it seems great at the time. The time I was a non smoker I think it might have helped somewhat with social anxiety.
I've tried quitting a couple of times but somehow got into it again. I want to quit again soon but I get soo agitated haha, good luck with quitting though I hope it works for you
