Hey Weezer353 (after the band? they have some cool music),
I know how you feel about public speaking... For a long time I felt the same way as you, so I know how nerve-racking it can be. Have you ever tried deep breathing or visualization?
For deep breathing, just close your eyes and breath through your diaphragm, and count if it makes it easier to concentrate. I know, sounds corny, but if you're open-minded, it can really help. Try this right before you have to speak in front of an audience. Visualization is just breathing and trying to picture yourself in a calming place... It's never worked for me, but I know some ppl who have had success with it.
Other than that, just keep reassuring yourself that it's gonna be okay, and try to take other peoples' compliments into consideration. A couple years ago, I used to have panic attacks before public speaking... But now through A LOT of practice, I can perform singing and acting in front of people without a lot of anxiety! So it is possible to get past this.
Good luck at college!!!!!
Take care,
<3
