Do i have social phobia??

I was abused as a child i dont know if this has anything to do with this. Whenever i have to go to a grocery store(now i try not to go anymore) i get really nervous and afraid, i feel like someone is watching me or making fun of me or looking at me, and this is to anything out in public with people around. I walk fast and i can hardly think. I dont really have any friends. I can never really go out anywhere with/without somebody, feeling like this. At school i was really really shy, my whole school education, i hardly talked to anyone. When i do talk to people i dont say much, and i talk really fast.

You were affraid to do anything that might cause your parents to get angry at you when you were a child.

What's one thing people ALWAYS tell thier kids when they go in public? "Behave" which usually means dont make a fuss, dont embarass me.

So as you get older you dont grow out of that mindset to stay quiet and reserved in public.
