I dont know what else to do

I have had social anxiety now for 5 years. And it has gotten worse this past year. I could deal with it and fight it when I was on clonazapam or xanax. But all the other meds, paxil, zoloft, etc. dont work. It seems like everyone frowns down on benzos because they can become habit forming. What else can I do? I have tried everything else. Everyone tells me I need to just suck it up. Deal with it. Learn to cope.
