Extreme uncontrollable blushing?

Postby gabbygabby12 » Wed Jan 09, 2013 3:47 am

For a couple of years now, at least once a day, in social situations such as a teacher calling on me in class or a guy i like talking to me, I blush severely to the point where I am almost purple, neck to tip of the ears like i ran a marathon. It kind of feels like I am extremely embarrassed. I try taking deep breaths but it doesn't work! How do I fix this? Has anybody else experienced this?
It makes me so incredibly embarrassed and I want to be able to talk to people without turning beet red.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts

Sorry to hear about your experiences. I am quite similar, Ive posted a few times about it, but they're on the AvPD forum. Nevertheless they may be helpful.
