Sleep Walking/Talking Trauma

Postby Legendary_Starfy200 » Mon Nov 23, 2015 3:36 pm

I'm a teenage girl who is highly concerned with what I do some nights... talking or walking.
My dreams are getting worse every time and I'm afraid that I might lash out in my sleep.

Sleep Paralysis
I had an experience twice with sleep paralysis, where I was mauled to death by and bear and I witness part of it, and I could not wake up. It was so scary, because what I did wake up, I had this sharp pain in my neck from where the bear bit me. I woke up in tear from that dream, it scars me.
The second time, I was being possessed by this doll that look like that girl from the spawn of satan. I tried to turn my head in the dream but everywhere I looked the face was there and I started shaking either in my dream or reality - or both. When I managed to wake up, I was covered in sweat

Sleep Walking

There have been quite a few occasions where I spontaneously jumped out of bed either running or screaming from something. All these dreams I was being chased by something. What makes it worse is that I shared a room with someone and they're scared to death when that happens.
My dreams involved my running away from the things I fear the most: Rats, Bees, Spiders, and Death. One time, I actually ran out the bed flailing my arm and jumped into my cousin bed screaming because I was running away from bees.

Sleep Talking
This happened recently, I had a dream about rats (and I had the same one again 11/23/15) and I yelled my cousin's name in desperate need of help. It was already sunrise so I woke up to the sound of my voice and caught myself talking. My cousin, was not happy that I woke her up.

I'd just like to know why I keep having the same dreams and acting them out, and is there a way to lessen the occurrence.

Excellent read. One is all. Sometimes I talk at the time of sleeping doesn't matter it.
