Solution to night terrors!?!?!?!?!?!

Postby TugBoat123 » Sun Aug 04, 2019 12:42 am

Hello everyone,

I am going to explain my night terror experiences. I am 21 years old and these all started when I was 17 in high school. The first round of episodes lasted about 8 months and would happen once a month. The only reason I am writing about this now is the episodes have responded at age 20 and last night I am considering the last straw.

What I experience in these dreams has to be some of the scariest things that I have seen in my life. I will be having a normal dream and doing normal stuff with my family at my house or I will be just be dreaming about something normally. Then all of a sudden, I then am placed in my bedroom laying in my bed. The lights can be on or off in the dream for the night terror to commence. I will be sitting in my bed doing something normal, then all of a sudden, I begin to feel the room go cold and a strong presence nearby. Then out of nowhere, a see through ghost will come out of nowhere and begin choking me and/or scratch my back. This night terror has evolved to where I can or cannot see what is attacking me. I have also had a sleep paralysis experience where I woke up in my room unable to move and in my door to my room I saw a black, skinny, clawed, scraggly haired, menacingly breathing figure looking like it is ready to attack me. Once I could move it sunk into the floor and I charged it. This was all in the past in high school.

Why I am writing about this now is I had an experience that has absolutely pushed me to the limit. I had a dream that my girlfriend and I were just sitting in my room and talking to one each other and saying how much we were going to miss each other when we go on vacation. Then all of a sudden, she disappeared and it was night in my room. A hard cold breeze of air knocked me on the floor and the same figure that I saw in my doorway put its hand over my mouth and said "She will not protect you this time" and began to claw my back. I am absolutely fed up that these night terrors brought my girlfriend into it. I had been asleep for 3 hours and woke up at 4AM and have not slept all day because I have been frustrated about this.

If you know a solution, please help me with this. This is so stressful and I am so afraid to sleep.
