That's just how it turned out, to be honest. I saw how other students lived and didn't want to live like them, plus I didn't want to live with other people that I didn't know. Right now, I live alone and - while it's lonely - I still dont think that I could live with someone else (except a partner, should I ever get one). There are many people who are much older than I who are still living at home. I think that it'd be a good idea idea for you to start taking on responsibilities now while you can, such as getting involved in buying groceries, paying bills, etc. It might soften the transition for when you have to do all of these things yourself anyway. I mean, for the past 5 years or so of living with my parents, I always made my own dinner and washed/ironed my own clothes. Now, I find it easy to make my dinner, buy food, and do the clothes.

I do involve myself in daily chores or else she would cut my heart out with a chainsaw. Im not saying im a jewel but i try my best to help her out. I dont have a problem with my current job arrangements and I understand what it might reflect to the outside but I wasnt born to live for anyone but myself. I still manage to get some money that helps paying the bills and even though it doesnt make sense shes in dept to me.
