I've long since accepted that my active love life ended during my mid twenties but being unable to knock one out occasionally would make life even more boring and stressful than it already is. I have a rapidly growing lump on my left testicle that portends that even this small pleasure will soon be denied so "enjoy the urges whilst everything is still present and correct", is my take on the subject.

My love life never started. It was actually quite a relief last winter when my libido died. I was a bit concerned that soemthing was physically wrong, but happy not to be frustrated. Maybe when winter comes I will be free again.

We are programmed to breed for the survival of the species so celibacy causes universal discomfort for those unlucky enough to experience it.
The one thing however, I would say about being a virgin is that the prospect of making love is infinately more magical than the real thing. In that context I would almost prefer to still be awaiting my first intimate encounter.
On scantily clad women in the summertime - when I find myself glancing in the direction of attractive young women, I look at their faces and then force myself to imagine how those features would look on a man. It put me off every single time lol.

I have not tried that trick. I don't think it will work.
No love life - but I did overcome the virgin issue with sex workers. It was quite a relief. If I were feelng better physically, emotionally and financially I would find some sex worker up in Montreal. It's hooker heaven up there!
