Delayed ejaculation issues! Please help!

I began having sex with girls this year, I am 16 and so far I have not been able to ejaculate while with a girl. Whether she gives me a hand job, oral, or vaginal sex, I can not seem to finish. The longest I have gone for was about 45 minutes and I could not come. I also used to have trouble peeing in public urinals, bashful bladder syndrome but I have overcome that problem.
Since I started masturbating I have only used the common method (with your hands) a few times and it never feels great when I do and takes a lot longer then the method I prefer. I normally take one of the squishy pillows and dry hump it, with the pillow between me and my bed.
Unlike many other people who's stories I have read when I am having sex I never get numb and stay very aroused the entire time, I just never am able to finish off. I feel like I am right there but nothing comes.
I have even faked ejaculating to make my girlfriend not feel responsible. I need some advice on how to solve this issue. Is it possible that changing to the normal method of masturbating or possibly getting a flesh light would fix the issues I'm having (considering I definitely could not see a therapist for this problem)? Should I tell my girlfriend I have this problem? If anyone has any solutions or recommendations I would very gladly accept them.

what it is that your penis is accustomed to your particular way of masturbating, simply put your girlfriends vagina isnt providing you with the same stimulation

stop masturbating - or do it so with your LEFT hand and very faintly.

stop watching porn all together.

practise with a fleshlight and work your way to an orgasm with that.
