Hi, Stellar! Honestly, we can't tell you what happened with you. I do think you need to see a professional about it. It probably has little to do with that video on youtube and more with stuff that's going on in your own mind/brain.
It's ok to feel a bit embarrassed, but a doctor is the only way to get help, if you find a good one. If you don't want to talk to them about everything, you could write things down in a letter and hand it to them so they'll know what's going on.
The lack of sex drive might have to do with the fact that you didn't have enough male hormones in your body and maybe the mental issues have to do or have been influenced by the stuff you've been taking.
