Going to a urologist at the end of the month about ED.

What can I expect from the appointment? I'm 26, have had ED for as long as I can remember, and would like to be able to get an erection. I have a girlfriend now, and while we just started dating, I'd like to be able to rise to the occasion if she makes a move.
