The best Penis Pump (air pump)

I search the best penis pump (air pump) and the appropriate ring for my cock for reverse my penis atrophy.

About the size of the penis pump, do you think I have to choose a pump with of 2 or 3 inches? Or more the girth / length is large, more effective it will be?

And about ring, should I put it at the base of my penis before or after the pumping session?

My problem is neurologic. The signal of my brain to my dick is broke. It's a permanent side effect of Prozac. So, I have not spontaneous erection all the time (including during the night). If I have not spontaneous erection all time (including in the night) during long many years, my penis will be atrophiate. And my penis is really atrophiate. It's not a joke. First, I need a penis pump to try to reverse my atrophy. Second, I need increase my testosterone to give chance to my Cialis treatment to be effective.

It's the principal reason why I want a penis pump.

Another question: should I lubricate my penis before pumping? Does the lubricant K.Y. is correct?

I'm not sure why you'd need to lube it- other than maybe some around the base to get a good airtight seal? I've never used an actual pump but have played around with stuff before, and a suggestion might be to shave around it so that pubic hair doesn't keep from getting a good seal. At least, that'd be my thought.

However, some questions remain unanswered:
-The rings are in silicone or is it another material?
-They say: "All parts excluding consumables (rings and lubricant) is legally guaranteed for 2 years." Do they mean that all parts are guaranteed except rings and lubricant or the opposite? It really turns a penis pump? Just if there is a manufacturing defect or in other cases?

As far as I know, penis pumps just work by using the vacuum to engorge the penis- whether that would reverse any kind of atrophy, I don't know.

I'm sure they mean the rings and such aren't under warranty, just the pump itself.
