We are both near 60 and both are very much in love with each other. We found each other late in life and for the first three months thing were very passionate and sexual. She was hospitalized for a week with a sever kidney stone and infection, not an std. I was by her side the whole time. After she went home nothing has been the same. Help me she is the love of my life.

Has this been mentioned to the doctor in any surgery follow-up appointments? It might be best to rule out anything caused or exacerbated by the surgery first before looking into other possible causes.
Best of luck to you both.
