I think that you may already know your answer. You might want to see your primary physician for a referral to a vascular specialist for blood circulation and/or a neurologist for possible nerve issues.
That diet certainly isn't doing your body any favors. Aspartame hurts some people badly.
High-salt, high-fat, high-artificial sweetener and high-carb diets may be tolerated less as you get older. Eat some real food. Water is always good.
In order to change your diet might require a significant lifestyle change.
