I normally don't contribute to forums because I usually solve my problem and forget about it. In this case I have a huge amount of sympathy for those of you who suffer from the same problem I used to. My previous girlfriend and I were together for 3.5 years and I wasn't ever able to come with her except for when I used my hand. I had become depressed and started to have thoughts of her with her new boyfriend. For whatever reason, thinking of her with another guy made me come faster. So the other night I had those same thoughts while having sex with the new girl. I came in less than 10 minutes. I dont like having to think about that when I have this naked girl in front of me but it's what works and she doesn't have to know. So my advice is to close your eyes and masturbate. It will probably take a while for most of you used to porn but once you find that one thought that makes you come the fastest all you will have to do is focus on that during sex. I have got faster and faster with using various strategies. LIke success12 has mentioned, the first time I was able to cum I had a very bad mental image that I used to cum, I used that image and some new mental images to help me along the way.

But I wanted to mention one method that has worked very well and is a gift from heaven for me. I was able to cum in under 3 minutes with this and it works every time. What I do is before sex I will make sure my bladder is rather full. I will do this by not going to the bathroom and even drinking water to make the effect faster.

When I have sex, using the missionary position, the full bladder gives me extra stimulation which brings me to orgasm very quickly.
My full bladder pushes against the girl and this is really stimulating.
I've tried to research this and find out if other people notice this effect of full bladder during sex and I have found close to nothing.

I think what may be happening is the full bladder pushes against your prostate gland and stimulates it. I only think this because I heard that people like their prostate stimulated during sex and can even orgasm with just prostate stimulation. I discovered this by having sex after a nights sleep, plus a couple of hours, and not going to the bathroom. Before this I would always piss before sex, and this was a big mistake for me.

Every time I thrust with a full bladder it gives me a sexual stimulation in that region, the faster I thrust the more sexual stimulation. Without having a full bladder I don't feel much!

I'll say again this method of orgasm has worked wonders for me. Maybe some of you should try this and let me know how it works for you. Don't be worried about peeing during sex it has never happened to me.

I've managed to cum again through sex, which I am thinking is somekind of blessing from God as I have had so many years of beating myself up over not finishing.
