I would suggest a complete physical first for peace of mind with your primary physician. Coaching on diet, physical training and supplements should only be under the care of a qualified professional. The situation should be monitored.
Don't be afraid or intimidated to discuss changes/reduction in sex drive with your physician. This is actually fairly common.
A doctor should be able to answer your questions about what is going on. Make sure that it isn't something serious. Hopefully it a quick and easy answer. Best of luck to you.
