dysfunction due to abuse

I'm suffering from sexual dysfunction due to abuse I received as a child. I don't really know who to talk to or where to get better.
I've heard of somatic and Riechian therapy but I live in a remote area with few medical specialists. I'm also worried about having to see an aged man who is a specialist in that field; seeing as it was old men who always took advantage of me as a child.
