Micropenis and premature ejaculation

I have been unfortunate enough to have been born with a rare genetic hormonal disorder called Kallmann's Syndrome. It basically means I'm a natural eunuch. My body does not produce testosterone on its own. I have a micropenis, am infertile and suffer from premature ejaculation. I am extremely embrassed by it. Although I've had girlfriends in the past and am not a virgin I get so depressed over it. The thought of dating terrifies me because I fear rejection when it comes time to reveal my secret. I haven't had a girlfriend in over a decade and I know its my destiny to be alone forever
