sexless marriage under 30

so we have been together just over 10 years, married going on 5. at one point the sex life was active and such. been over a year now since we have "been intimate". I've actually put on a bunch of weight and feel self conscious and slowly but surely have just lost interest in sex somehow. this of course feeds into a pornography issue i have battled with for a few years. that battle is all but won, but biologically being a guy, long enough without sexual release it gets harder and harder to keep your eyes pure. anyway, wondering if this is a result of self image issues? i love her like crazy, have no interest in other women....shes my wife forever. i can tell this is bothering her and she is taking it personally that i don't seem to have much of a drive. anyone else have similar situations?
