Strange line, red patch under penis?

Hi guys,

I have this strange red/brown line / patch of skin under my penis. The skin is also different to the feel than the rest of my penis, like it's thinner, the raphe line is also really raised. Thing is, I didn't have this always, this red line started to appear when I was 13 years old, I didn't have it before and I've never heard of anyone else having it, pretty sure my brother and father don't have it.


I'm also a virgin because of this, I refuse to have sex because I don't want any girl to see this.

I've had a really tough time finding pictures online of what it looks like, this is the closes to that I could find.

These are full on pictures of dicks, so don't click on it if you don't want to, but it pretty much looks like that.

Do you have any other skin issues on other areas on your body? Does eczema or Psoriasis run in your family? I personally have had similar symptoms, however the area would clear up but would show in different location later. Eczema runs in my family and was my issue.
Has a doctor seen your condition and to rule out STD?

Using a condom is wise and would help cover the area.
