been years since sex

hello ive been living in a very unhealthy relationship for over 4yr but now im out of it but ive done some damage to myself in my mind with it all now im in recovery at my mams im startin afresh with life again and its so hard steps I just wanna know wat it feels like to be with a woman again its been that long im scared

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. But I don't think you'll have forgotten how to do it. Don't worry about that. I'd suggest being open about it being a while. And then there's less pressure on you in general. And also taking things slowly. You want to be comfortable in a new relationship. Not rushing into it to prove anything to yourself.
