Dont know what turns me on anymore

I know it odd but now Im starting to think im incabable of having sex and orgasm. I feel like I have forgoten what get me horny you know.

Has anyone had this probably? How did you over come it?

For women, everyone seems to advise masturbating to learn how.

I do, ALOT but I feel like nothing turns me on for some reason.

Are you stressed out? Are you eating properly, etc?

Are you a habitual porn user?

Habitual drug user?

Seem like very personal questions but I think they all can have an effect on the conditioning of the brain whether it be on the chemistry or the associations the brain forms between sex and orgasm, horniness and desire relative to orgasm. Something which in relation to myself I am starting to see solutions.

So give me a little info and maybe I or someone else can help point you in the right direction.

Well this is my first bf and first sexual partner
I dont use porn
and dont take drugs.

I have Tourettes and I thought no one would love me so maybe I just phased this part of life out and its hard getting it started again.
