I guess I will weigh in here, though I do believe if you feel prostitutes are the bottom of the barrel then what do they think of you? Really, they are human beings and apparently they are providing a service to you.

Now to your question. All men are different and do not react exactly the same with a woman even though one might think they should. There are men that can only have sex with prostitutes and you are experiencing the opposite. The reason your manhood is at attention for other activities such as porn watching or morning wood time is because you have conditioned it that way and it responds to your mental thoughts and what you are seeing. Now having sex with a real person is not the same and there can be anxiety for both people, however for us guys last minute anxiety can cause dead wood so to speak which is very embarrassing to say the least.

If you go and have a real relationship with a girl and you build yourself up through real dating(anticipation) you will find that things may go much better as your body becomes accustomed to hers. What I mean is her touch, her skin, her eyes, smile, voice, and smell will all trigger your manhood into acting the way that will make you very happy. Imagine a girlfriend who is happy to see you and be with you as opposed to a prostitute that wants you to just stick it in and get it over with.

Give dating a chance and you should see a difference as some guys don't respond until they have spent some time with someone. Also too much porn can cause this too by the way.
