I'm in dear old England at the moment. I live on my boat, and the Welsh canals don't welcome liveaboards, with the exception of the Llangollen. I want to get on the Mon & Brec, because it's a beautiful canal, but certain snobby tossers want to keep people like me off of it.

Anyway, there's always a Welsh cawl going on my stove which often has lamb in it, and therefore could benefit from a bit of mint sauce.
