My granddaughter is 8 years old. She started getting pubic hair just before turning 8 and her breasts are beginning to develop. She started masturbating when she was 6. At first it was in her bed at night and she would stop when someone came in the room. This is also when she started getting very attached to me as well. A few times she would masturbate under the blanket as she was laying on the couch watching tv next to me. I thought it was a phase that she would out grow but the masturbating has gotten more frequent and she would not stop when I came in the room at night.
The issue got worse when she started sitting on my lap. She became very sexually suggestive, straddled me, and would press into me but if anyone else was around it she would not do it. Last month she started climbing into the bed in the mornings. She pulls my hands to her breast and will snuggle into my arm with my hand between her legs. She will get on top of me and position her clitoris against my penis and has even had an orgasm like that.
I have tried talking to her and leaving when she starts the behavior but if we are alone she will follow me and will even climb in the shower with me.
The big problem is that my body responded to her when she was on top of me and I got an erection with orgasm. This has happened five or six times now. I am totally perplexed. She is sneaky about it and is always wanting to do it soon as we can. I am trying to resist but its getting harder and harder to no let it go further. How do I stop it?

While I can kinda see where you're coming from, 99 percent of people who read that are going to see you as the aggressor and want to throw you in jail for the rest of your life for having sex with an eight year old.

You have quite the problem there, for starters its your brains natural response with anything seductive, kind of similar to how nudists do not "react" around other nudists but when shown/given something seductive they "react". At least that is how im seeing this situation.
I know I do not have to mention this to you but Im going to anyway, it is important to keep in mind her age. She sounds like she is discovering her sexual self and maybe wanting to explore more. Are you the primary male figure in her life and if so then that could* explain to why she is attached to you.
When I say primary male figure Im talking in all aspects of her life, does she have friends her own age that are boys or father. Has she always been a grandads girl.
For the time being anyway it probably would be best to sit her down as a grown up child and set some ground rules to what she can and can not do. Make sure she understand that your shower / bed time is private.
Hope this kind of help.
Tulula.

I'm confused as to why you are allowing her to do this? Honestly, this does not sound good for you. I'd be careful even saying that so openly. You'll get yourself thrown in jail.

I don't want to use the word "normal," but such behaviour by a very young girl is very disturbing, and I'm not much more comfortable with "Granddad's" reactions to her. Psychological intervention isn't just a good idea, I'd say it's vital. Nothing good can come from this.

Please, for the sake of both your mental health, have her shown to a counselor
or doctor or both. Get her sexually educated right now, and sh will herself become ashamed
of her behavior.

Sounds like an incestuous pedophile in denial about their desires. I would never get an erection from my little niece sitting on my lap, let alone an orgasm. Get professional help and leave your granddaughter alone.

This is an issue that other people have and you can get help with it. You need to go to a doctor and explain everything that has happened and ask them to help with stopping it. They will be able to help. You need to tell someone about this because it is not ok that it goes on like this. It is not fair on your granddaughter and in the future it is likely she will remember it quite differently to how you are describing this so it's important that you break this cycle and tell someone and make sure that it doesn't happen again. Good luck, I hope you get the help you need.

Even if she is taking the initiative, since she is under the age of consent, you are legally responsible for submitting. Maybe even criminally responsible. I wish you both the best and that you get the help you need.
