Sex addict or countless paraphilias?

I counted the number of paraphilias that I have, recently, and it came out to 45. Forty-five different paraphilias, including pedophilia (sexual attraction to prepubescent children), nepiophilia (sexual attraction to infants and toddlers), ephebophilia (sexual attraction to adolescents), alphmegamia (sexual attraction to older adult men), and many, many, many others! I have had many sexual encounters with different types of people and I masturbate repeatedly, every day, with many different types of fantasies. I am now wondering if I really have any of these paraphilias, but if I am just a sex addict, addicted to sex rather than specifically any of these individual things. My gender and age of preference is actually girls around age 7, but I have found myself sexually attracted to children as young as 1 month old (boys and girls at very young ages; girls mostly after that). I have had sexual encounters with adult men and women, up to age 72 (I prefer older men and younger girls and women). But on the other hand I am not that picky, as long as I am having sex.

What do others think? Do you feel you have many paraphilias or do any of you just have an overarching sexual "need" and specifics aren't all that important.

I think that paraphilias have quite artificial boundaries sometimes. It doesn't seem at all surprising to me that someone attracted to say 7 year olds. Might also find older or younger children attractive in certain situations. Listing that out as three paraphilias doesn't seem to mean much. That said. Given the range you list. It seems to make sense to me that your interest is sex. And that the who and what probably has a secondary role. Has this moved over time? Or have you always had very wide ranging philias?

I really am thinking that it is just sex that I am interested in, and that I just have a few things that I am more interested it. It has changed, some, over time (my age of attraction has gotten younger; I have been more interested in older men, etc).
