Treatment of bookstore employees...

Did anyone hear about how book store employees get treated incredibly badly all the time? I heard about this...they seem incredibly exploited...what do you imagine about this....

Are you saying that the bookstore employees are treated badly by customers or by their employers? I think that many people working in customer service roles would be somewhat vulnerable to being mistreated by customers...
