Did anyone read this book...?

Overcoming HPD aint really hard, but you got to want it, and realize that if you want to get over it, the good things of being an HPD will and need to go too (thats the hard one) Its not like you can just fix the "dumping", but still be all theatrical ... I read a good book by eckhart tolle - a new earth. Did anyone read it??? It makes so much sense, that the core of all issues is the ego, the egoic mind. Its really good and i learned a lot. And i catch myself so many times when i start acting. The egoic mind always wants more, having is short lived and the ego cant survive that way, the want for more keeps it alive. the egoic mind wants to "want" more than it wants to "have"... I recommend it to all HPD and victims. You need to dissidentify with your ego (the false you) and your good than

Hi,

I have not ever read this book, but i do understand this notion of letting the ego get to ahead of itself. I have been actively trying to suppress my ego for a long time because I hated how arrogant 'it' was making me become. How is it working out for you?
