Great list!

I do not have a self-help book but I often watch webinars and videos on self help and positive thinking. Mostly I love the teachings of joe vitale.

The self-help book that helped me is "7 Ways to Make Your Face Look Younger" by Sabrina Kendall. It's about preventing wrinkles and reversing the signs of aging. It's worth it.

Dark Souvenirs by Evelyn Lybelle
It's in part a memoir about child abuse (incest) and in part a message of hope and growth. I loved it.

The book Motivation Boosters by Kai MRojo.
It gave me a lot of great info on balancing brain chemistry with supplements, fitness and good nutrition. Pursuing a healthier lifestyle did so much good in helping me out of my depression and low motivation.

You Can Heal Your Life - Louise L Hays.
This book touches on many subjects to do with mental illness and physical health. This book it about learning to retrain your brain and your way of thinking. It shows you how to manifest a healthier, happier and more positive lifestyle. It talks about your thoughts and the power they hold in your life. Talks about learning to let go of emotional issues and healthier ways to cope with past trauma aswell as gaining an understanding into why certain things may have happened. Through out the book there is also small activities you can complete along the way, these help to retrain your brain and thought process. Its been a blessing for me in dealing with my Borderline Personality Disorder, Clinical and post natal depression, as well as my psychosis.

A Guide to Rational Living - Albert Ellis
Albert Ellis is my hero. His REBT is the only useful thing I ever found from the field of psychology.
