I have hairy legs and I'm only 17, but I don't really want to shave them, and definately not wax them, but I'm embarressed about them and won't wear shorts or anything. What should I do?

AnonymousG,
Well, I'm asuming you are a female. Males generally don't care about hairy legs, this is a ladies thing. What to do:
Consider permanent hair removal. It is expensive and takes awhile, but is very effective. Electrolysis or laser.
Go ahead and shave or wax.
Use Nair, a hair removal product.

Hi, AnonymousG,
Oh, my appologies, dude!
An option a guy can consider is bleaching the hair if it is really dark on fair skin. The hair removal thing is still an option. Guys get that done when they have too much hair on their backs and chests. Body builders routinely remove the body hair by various means. Competition swimmers also remove excess hair so they glide through the water better. Its natural for men to be hairy, but if you want to thin it out you could have that done, too. Consult a dermatologist about options.
The Nair works well, and it takes awhile for the hair to grow back, unlike shaving, which might look funny on a guy when the dark stubble appears.

Dude I'm the same, 17 and I hate being hairy.

I just trim the hairs every few weeks. It looks a little weird and I get the occasional comment because I kind of have no beef pointing it out to people lol, but it generally looks OK.

I would be interested to hear alternate methods though.
