Escape from narcissism

Hi. I'm 51 years old and feel like someone has turned the sun on for the first time in 45 years. Like a lot of people I suffered badly from anxiety, depression and low self-esteem and despite counselling and medication couldn't shake them off. But I'm free. How did it come about? I have finally admitted to myself that I was the victim of a narcissist and that I wasn't to blame. Perhaps we can discuss it here
