I SWEAR, I really can't do anything right.

Recently I've been messing up REALLY bad at my job, and costing the company a lot of money for mistakes I've made that could've been avoidable. Every day they tell me, it's okay and that mistakes happen. But I think have might have made the biggest mistake yet and I potentially have costed the company 1,500 dollars. I've been feeling really down in a rut like I can't ever do anything right. I've never had any issues working anywhere else to this extent. Some days I honestly wish they would just fire me so I could stop being a burden to the company. It's especially worse since they are family and I am the only other employee. Someone please help, should I quit my job or tough it out?

Sometimes I lose my mojo, and everything I touch turns to crap.

If it gets bad enough, yeah you'll get fired. But I wouldn't let my despair drive me to quit before hand. Personally. I've wanted to give up and quit so many times, but I can't afford to. So I just have to trust my good performance outweighs my crappy performance.

The whole work environment there is just so stressful, residual being that I'm the only employee to go out and deal with the customers. I broke a sprinkler pipe one day, then later a week or two after, I backed into someone's garage. I've just had a lot of stuff on my mind other than work related stuff. Then add that to all the stress I've gathered on my brain working here as the only employee. This whole month has just been a nightmare
