Celebrity worship among other issues...

I'm a male in my early 40's and currently obsessed with a male celebrity. Have not watched anything else on TV except his shows on repeat. Googling and reading/watching all his old interviews. Listening only to his music on loop. Created a twitter account to tweet to and about him. This has been going on for a month now. Is affecting my daily routine and I just finish the urgent work that I have and get back to doing this. This has happened earlier but never to this extent.

Have other issues since childhood which I suspect this is related to. Was a cross dresser in private since i was 9 years old. I suspect my mom saw me but didn't do anything about it. And i was too young then. Gave this up with great difficulty when i understood the implications at age 16.
Had just a couple of sexual experiences with men in my growing up years. Got married and had 2 kids. Decent enough sexual relations with my wife for 5 years of our married life. Then gave up sexual relations after the birth of my second one. Around that time also fell into a one sided love from my side with my brother-in-law (wife's real brother) who came out as gay then. Has been 10 years now since my wife and I haven't had any sexual relations. My wife never brings up this topic. I've not cheated on her per se. The most my masseuse getting me off. Besides this my wife and I, have many common interests-Travel,theater,etc and spend a lot of time together. We both love our kids dearly. I'm also extremely spiritual which has kept me somewhat sane all these years.

I'm a complete introvert, don't have any friends, and have got really tired of my life.

I don't know what to do.
