Hi! My name is Danny and im an 18 year old girl. i have been diagnosed with schizophrenia severe depression and severe anxiety. i wanted people's opinions on my symptoms. I have a very hard time talking to strangers or certain people but can talk freely to my family. My work/school life is damaged because of this. I also have a hard time talking to my girlfriend, i have the words in my mind but they just won't come out. I also have agoraphobia, if that means anything. Thanks for the help!

Hi. I can't guess at whether you have SM or not, you would need to talk to a professional. It certainly is often co-morbid with anxiety - especially social anxiety. I hope you have someone in your life who you can talk to about this. I know that can sound daft when it comes to a disorder that affects talking, but in this day and age with all the forms of communication we have (and supportive forums such as this) talking really is the first step to getting help.
I wish you all the best.
