A Lucid Dream

I recently had a lucid dream, where I was in some sort of concentration camp. I felt horrible, then I thought I can just think myself out of it. I then started to fly and ended up running into some 2 dimensional trees. I tried to push my finger through my hand, because I knew I was in a dream. Eventually I decided to wake up, then I woke up by will.

That's quite the dream. Kinda sounds more real than it actually is.

I didn't know what a lucid dream was until I described some of my dreams to my shrink a few years ago. I think it's something I "learned" to do to wake myself up from nightmares as a kid. I still use it.

Are lucid dreams common among schizotypals?
