Hello, me again with another question.
I tend to write off my experiences quite a lot, and it's starting to become a problem. At first, I would write off the delusions that would constantly appear in my head. It was a fail safe to keep myself sane. But now I can't stop it. Everyting I think of, everything I feel, is immediately questioned and seen as false. And the word "irrelevance" pops up in my head everytime.
Do any of you guys tend to write off your thoughts?
I'm just wierd like that.

I used to, and my doctor recommended that I do it. I soon migrated to writing short stories and poems though. Look, if yuo don't feel like writing, then simply don't do it. Don't ever feel trapped into doing something, Xuridas. Instead, just do what feels most comfortable to you.

Um...........this is a little embarassing.
When I said I "write off" my experiences and delusions, I don't literally write them down. I guess what I met to say was that I question whether my actions and feelings are as real as my delusions. I've usually been able to tell the difference between reality and fantasy, but now the line that seperates the two seems to be vanishing. Most of my actions seem irrelevant, not the least bit important to me.
That's the second time someone's misunderstood me. I gotta stop using so many metaphors, sheesh.
I'm just wierd like that.

Oh right - no - I see what you mean now, and I think that writing off your thoughts (in your way) is the best way to handle such things. Writing them down on paper can make you think logically about them, but it's not really going to get rid of them. 'writing off' evil thoughts is how I cope with many things now, such as conflicts with different people, 'intrusive' thoughts that enter my head, etc. Sorry for the confusion, Xuridas, it was entirely my fault.
