headache

ive had a non stop head sensation for the past year and half

and its psychologically connected in a way i cannot articulate

um... try regular cardiovascular exercise and drinking lots of water... or perhaps do things that relieve muscle tension (like good posture, etc...) or maybe... I dunno

There're all kinds of things that could cause headaches, maybe you are actually predisposed to migraines, or have sinus allergies or something, maybe they're stress headaches...
