Someone listening through the phone?

Hi, im new to this forum. I've recently been diagnosed with schizoid, schizotypal and paranoid disorders. Ive always had this feeling when im alone that someone is listening to me through my mobile phone - because i have conversations with myself out loud when im alone - to the point where sometimes i have to turn it off.
I also hear my phone ringing when it isn't actually ringing.
Does this happen to anyone of you? Is it a schizotypal thing? Is it too wierd?

I think you need to tune out of yourself whenever you feel that way.
Maybe you are too deep in your own shell...Im sorry Im explaining things the best way I can.
