Names Of Delusions/Characters

Postby briefly » Mon Aug 27, 2012 7:16 pm

I've been looking around a bit and I am interested to know what names your delusions/characters/hallucinations have. Most of mine relate to real names (caroline) whereas one of them is a number (137). I was wondering what the names of yours are and if they are names or numbers or maybe just nameless.
Life is too serious to be taken seriously.

Him (also sometimes referred to as Rice), Tot, and Elizabeth. The rest are nameless.

Recently, for the first time, a new permanent character has popped up. His name is Travis.

My partner has a few permanent ones, when he talks about them, its like they are real people, I am never sure if I sould refer to them by name or not?

What I meant was, when he is talking about them of I ask a question - I refer to then simply as the voices, I find it hard to refer to them by the names he has given them, of they gave themselves etc, if that makes sence.

I can see how you would find that a bit weird, to say... "What is Sally saying?" or whatever. Less weird would be "What are your voices saying?" Or something like that?
