help needed about treating catatonic schizophrenia

My brother has been identified with scizophrenia for more 2 years now. It is catatonic. He was taking medications initially but he has stopped taking them due to unable to cope with the medications.

Personally for us it has been a stuggle and pain on his suffering and we are almost helpless to treat him.

I look forward to experts like you to suggest us what are the remedies if any avaialble for him. is it possible to make him a living? at least able to do his own day to day work? what are possible help we should seek to.

it would be great help if we can hear some words from you.
