Hi anxiety attacks, thanks for your post, it cheered me up. I’ve had to cut some access point triggers but am back online and hope to chip in with online multi tasking group therapy when i can. I’m going through a full on time, even for me, but sense the worst is over regardless of what happens. it’ll never be as bad as it could have been.
Those who assume the position of high status without merit are likely to assume the position of being shafted. They’re like jealous babies sitting n high chairs feeding themselves with silver status spoons. Professionals (in proportion of relevant responsibility) should take the buck and deal with it instead of passing it like cheap amateurs.
Halo choking is like someone being divorced by their partner but saying they can’t be divorced because their wedding ring is stuck on their finger. Halo’s are not eternal, they have to be earned. Any id’s using fake halo status only drop the halo round their necks like chokers and suffocate their credibility. Some halo id’s are more concerned about being labelled torturers than any torture they are pretending to save other id’s from.
You can’t turn an id from good to evil or vice versa. It’s all one side. It’s one chain gang side of degree’s of double standards. I call it twister. I try and be more of a team player and try and untangle the twisting pressure. twister pressure is how magnetic flow uses degree’s of purity of flow to pressure pop evolving solutions. It’s like popping a spot (with the spot being the thin ice loop holes failing to hide the double standards).
The obvious remedy to the constant twister pressure is to expand middle ground tech to try and avoid the double standards that can happen when high tech and low tech have conflicting pressure. i call my solution sub flow. Sub flow is working with sub id’s not actual id’s, and working with sub sensory recall not actual recall. It makes twister pressure a lot more bearable. I should know, i bet i’ve set a record for magnetic stress (the stretch of double standards between high tech and low tech status). Magnetic stress is different to mood stress. Mood stress is about in the moment tolerance. Magnetic stress is about the degree of stretch of double standards.
I hope one day for all id’s to be seen as hybrid property, not private property or public property. where each hybrid property id is educated from day one to respect and accept the ineveitable that control is neither private or public. Control is about choice. All id’s control choices are used to highlight thin loop holes, pressurise them and upgrade them. fighting fire with fire only melts the thin ice of both sides.
I believe in don’t shoot the messenger. The pop album synchronicity by the 80’s band the police highlights how existence polices itself. All crimes of double standards happen with high degrees of synchronicity that highlight the thin loop holes. It’s like a magnetic version of the internet or a spiders web using magnetic sensor light triggers to pressurise weak links and upgrade them, like popping a spot. The degree of coincidence separation highlights twister loop holes like a boiler pressure gauge. It needs tranquilising middle ground tech expansion to chill the loop hole tolerance stretch meltdown threats.
Timelines, remote viewing, psychic ability, premonitions, déjà vous, and predictions are an illusion. They are guidelines not facts. Facts are not facts, they are hypothetical guidelines. Our lives, realities and recall journeys are like compound clouds forming from weather forecasts of of magnetic frequencies clustering as they expand and contract with credibility. They become like magnetic mirage realities.
All id’s are weak to some degree. The weaker id’s symbolically scratch itches more than less weak id’s. The weaker id’s highlight problems and are catalysts, but if they are allowed to keep scratching it becomes like a scratched record of Chinese water torture. It needs the itch to be amputated into Chinese whispers unique isolation and then for the symbolic itch (whatever it is) to be tranquilised with middle ground tech.
Not all id’s can be dark and stable without the light of overlaps to lean on. I accept the need for overlaps. it’s the deconstructive threat of overlapping that is more of a problem than the need for overlaps. alien paul parent trap mothership, mother mary, mother nature fake omnicell cons need nurturing more than they are nature. They are valid but as nurturers not as existence nature itself. Existence nature is more like a constant testing the water, pressurising, weather forecasting evolution.
Any id can phone home or phone it’s back up or pull the omnicell card if the chain is yanked hard enough. It comes down to how pure the flow is from any id (like how pure cocaine is, or how pure gold is or a diamond). The less an id’s purity is cut because of needing overlaps, then the purer the id’s flow. Even more so if the id’s with less need for overlaps have less double standards and have reached purity with less opertunity and less help. I would bet quality of purer magnetic flow would ineveitably symbolically beat any split overlapping twister flow regardless of quantity numbers. It’s like humans meets gods meets the mother ships meets the ineveitable.
Any id saying it’s complicated is just trying to pass the buck. It’s the magnetic buck dollar that is being passed and cut too many times that is devaluing the currency of local credibility and drifting too near bankruptcy. It’s a magnetic free for all of control choice pressure popping twister. Twisting credibility by claiming to be in control of one avatar like sub id or any sub recall evidence is a sign of lack of power not power. Id’s can own their own minds more if they overlap less and ignore the ineveitable twister pressure. twister pressure is only as threatening as a sun shadow compared to the id casting the shadow in terms of power purity if the caster is centred.

Life is in the moment role playing. Id’s are basically sub id versions that journey on their tilting obstacle course seesaws. All id’s try and balance their see saws like balancing the books. their efforts are balanced by balancing the bucks. Passing the buck only goes so far before a buck shot is fired.
It results in magnetic slip streaming. The magnetic slip stream current creates compound editing effects that work off the magnetic trace of each id. The magnetic slip stream multi tasks so all outcomes are like compatible magnetic trace frequencies being harmonised as efficiently as the balance of getting pros out of cons allows.
Trying to gamble against the current is a dangerous game that i try and avoid. I discourage anyone from doing it. if you played cards for big money then realised your pack overlap of e.g a mother, a mother mary, a mother ship, mother nature or any other pack overlap versions regardless of sex or species etc were all like rigged decks then it’s obvious what the dangers are. There is a margin for error with any overlap but some can become like base jumping with a small parachute with a small time to pull the chute.
Channelling fear with logic is way better than trying to master fear. Symbolically you have to fight fire with water to increase immunity to flash fires. Some of the local overlaps are trying to put the flames out with the flamethrowers that started the fires, the dangers are obvious.
I see it now like two dogs barking then walking away but with the magnetic trace between the two of them like a magnetic fuse that has already been lit. Sz is like a heightened sensory hearing of double standards echos. It picks up the dishonest double standards of respect status crisis’s.
Not being able to give respect is a worse illness than not being able to get respect. Not being able to give respect is also a much bigger threat to all than not getting any respect.
I’m trying to chill my bite reflex and avoid short circuits that come when pressure is applied to me and those around me. Chasing blame or the secret of life from a merlin dragon is no different to chasing the heroin dragon. No god can offer ultimate protection. Even immortals are only potentially immortal. The magnetic flow is deeper than any id or id’s that overlap on it.
You can’t be oliver twist asking for more like a respect cannibal then complain about twister effects if you already knew your pack was a rigged deck. It’s like a pig eating her piglet then claiming good parenting slkills. Sz people and normal people alike can often be tortured then classed as ill for reacting to the torture. The local split high ground overlaps work like witch trials and try and turn their subscribers into ,i think it’s called Stockholm syndrome, where they get attatched to their torturers. It’s like sighted teams competing against blind teams then becoming blind to the difference and more handicapped than the blind.
If you imagine 3d chess, all existence tech id’s are like pawns in a 7 level chess game. The seven perspectives of influence i’ve mentioned before (actual, compromise, original, random, primary, local, and external), are like 7 interchanging levels with their influence channelling through each existence tech sub id. The effect is like, i think it’s called an aspen tree, with all the roots of all the id’s and levels all connected but with the key difference of the unique degree of separation between each id that is like a magnetic trace that can never be exactly traced.
If the magnetic slip stream was channelled without just using rigged split decks then you could harness it’s power to replace electricity or any existence tech fuel source that was relied on, e.g universal magnetic cars or magnetic food etc. Loop holes are not just solely the local ones, i’m guessing there are universal loop holes as well. everything is a guess, the evidence and verdict are secondary to the logic belief credibility. Basically local split pack leaders and users have gone all in with a pair of 4’s using a rigged deck against pure magnetic flow that is ruthless regardless of any alien tech or local tech. I’m trying to describe ley line power in layman’s terms. Remember i’m not a professional, even though i get accused sometimes of not being professional.
My guess is the ridiculously high probability number for the amount of coincidental occurrences in my sz life are excused by the ridiculously low number of the chances of them being a coincidence compared to the double standards evidence of all other id’s. It’s easy to pull a trigger and set a bomb off, it’s another thing dealing with the aftershock. I’m trying to avoid compound errors and collateral damage so future id’s and their various futures can filter pro’s out of the con’s. fuses have been lit before loads of times, how big the residue bombs are is an unknown guess and the same applies to the upsides.

I try and go with the magnetic slipstream as much as i can. Using ambush, sabotage and dirty tricks is a way to lose power not gain it. the bigger the local loop hole stretch then the harder it is to see with centred focus. It only needs local leaders to stress honest fakes are the only option instead of futilely policing dishonest fakes with double standards. it’s the obvious way to defuse the triggers.
e.g , If you know a bomb is going off with a time limit window countdown and there are three possible fuses to cut, it makes common sense to cut the one with the most blatent circumstancial evidence. when the buck shot is fired at those who get paid to take the buck, it's a magnetic traced shot that's fired at the most blatent circumstancial sources, give or take the random factor.
Existence tech and potential infinity is a marathon not a sprint. It’s not a formula 1 race where the petrol tank needs to be bled to the last drop for ultimate efficiency. The old logic of wait til the last minute and do as little as possible is not how deeper power flows, it harness’s recyclable sustainability.
I believe power, respect and love are all separated into incoming, outgoing and guessed overlap interpretations. Those who hog the incoming and neglect the outgoing are those who have the shallowest middle ground guessed overlaps. it’s not essential to have validation of power, respect or love but it does help to have incoming validation to reduce local loop hole stretch that causes so much lack of focus and drift into double standards away from grounded logic.
I believe the biggest mood stabiliser is to not score an own goal with convenient blindness, not a tablet but to have a healthy attitude and don’t sweep your magnetism under a carpet. I believe If they’ll do it to me they’ll do it to anyone. Those who don’t see the potential or the threats only see the status quo and are resistant to what’s in their best interests. I have a take it or leave it attitude to those who haggle with blatent values that don’t justify haggling. There’s always a primitive push to have everything, it’s not a valid excuse for those who have evolved past the primitive threshold. I try not to scapegoat or point fingers, the deeper your focus and the bigger the loop hole stretch then the harder it is to be accurate and the less relevant it is to worry about it. higher existence tech with less loop hole double standards stretch are better placed to do the direct policing once it gets past sustainable thresholds of what’s not a short circuit guess. I’ve backed up my posts and then seen the memory stick not read them when it did before. I realise a lot of old habitual excuses are now facing the ineveitable, my point is the more they deal with it dishonestly the worst it will be for them (whoever or whatever they are).

im writing a book on the philosophy of time travel. an idea taken from Donnie Darko. it's a non-traditional book. im putting my twist on it.

OK, so here is my experience and thoughts of what technology and methods they use. Maybe there are more, but these are more commonly used. I am writing a book about my experience, but I first have to finish my college degree, so it might take a while. And then I also have to translate it into English.

1. Induction of electromagnetic fields
Usually they use a mobile phones, wall outlets, electronic devices, lighting, basically any thing that emits bad electromagnetic fields. What this does is I think induce false signals on the nervous system which gets misinterpreted by our brain and because of this we get visions, hear sounds, feel "touch". Basically they try to fool our brain into thinking something is there when it is not. How to guard yourself against this? Most importantly is NOT TO BE STILL Move away from the place you are at at the moment. If you are in bed think of a song you like or better yet turn on some music and start moving to the rhythm. To make their plan work you have to remain still, that is why I think most of such attacks happen when we are sleeping. I covered the wall outlets with stones and had the cat with me over night. Cats are great for eliminating negative energy or electrosmog. I also unplugged all the electrical appliances in the room. Don't ask me how I know this but they do their work from 3-7 am. At least where I am from. That is why before I ran away from home I didn't sleep through the night. Be aware though that usually there will be people close to you trying to persuade you to go to sleep with different aproaches. That is at least what happened when my parents tried to persuade my by different methods to go to sleep, they even tried by force but I had none of it.

2.By using different smells
They try to make you remember bad memories or just try to make you go to sleep. Again it is best to move away from the place you are at, or at least air out the room.

3. By using different sounds (usually loud sometimes whispering)
They will try anything from sirens to bells, alarms, people talking loudly, slamming doors all with the intention to scare you. The best thing to do is to remain calm and try to think rationally. Because when you get scared your blood is pumped from the frontal lobe of the brain (our thinking center) into the part of the brain where our subconscious resides. This triggers the FIGHT OR FLIGHT mechanism (look it up on the internet), which pumps the blood from our vital organs into our limbs, arms and legs. And that is why when you are scared you cannot think clearly and do irrational things. When you have such an experience think of Macgyver and how he always remained calm no matter what and thus always solved the problem .

One other method to calm you down and make you more confident that I used extensively are affirmations. Whenever I felt that I was in danger I repeated this affirmations in my thoughts: I accept divine guidance and I am always safe.II Like attracts like, and I am good. Believe me that this works wonders even when faced with a gang of thugs (personal experience). You can find different affirmations on the internet. You have to find one that works best for the given situation.

4. Inducing exhaustion
They do this by connecting with one another somehow and try to increase their bad energy field by doing this. Be aware when you start feeling tired for no apparent reason. "Scan" your surroundings for such connections. This mostly happens when you are between two such persons. Recently though I have had experience when using the train. There were at least five different people trying to make me go to sleep. They try using different ways of connecting with one another, so that you have to constantly be on guard and try to think of how they connected each time you start to feel tired. The most common way of connecting is that the last in line emits the negative energy or the one in the middle. But they are constantly changing this and thinking of new ways to fool you. Usually this people seem to be sleeping. Sometimes they use mobile phones to increase their power. how you guard yourself? Each time you start feeling tired you have to tell your brain where to put up "the shield" and you have to distribute more shields in different patterns and different strengths depending on how many there are. For example if there are five people and they are linked in a line and you suspect that he is on your left, you say to your brain to put up a shield of 5 on your left side. If you suspect that 3 are influencing you from the left and 2 from the front. You say to your brain to up a shield with the strength of three on your left and a shield the strength of two in the front.

Thanks for your posts anxiety attacks and a_tom. i’ve not seen Donnie darko but will try and watch it if it’s about. Both of you or any other posters can use any of my posts in any book or any translation of them. it’s up to your disgression if they help or not and how to use the relevance.
The symptoms of rattling and withdrawing from meds are the lesser of two evils compared to staying on the meds in the long term, knowing the meds have gone past their constructive threshold and reached deconstructive territory regarding health issues, (e.g the well documented long term med side effects symptoms).
If you feel your logic is stable and you are not breaking any legal laws then i agree with a_tom that being med free is the lesser of two evils. There’s no point saying med side effects are symptoms of the illness they are trying to prevent, it’s pointless and witch trial logic.
Some meds are proven stabilisers in the short term and are in a valid window. Once the health balance is restored it is no excuse to use the meds as hooks to control people. it only results in those doing the hooking having a worse condition than those they are trying to hook.
Corruption is a necessary evil, the point is to damage limitate it by admitting limitations and to stop it being a self destructing bomb. If locally you prioritise weakness you will get increasingly weaker local culture with increasingly less immunity to threats. It’s a no brainer to honestly admit corruption is a necessary evil and to accept the lesser of two evils as the obvious way to cope with it.
Testing the water excuses and testing for advancement excuses are only masks for testing how far those who get paid to take the buck can pass the buck. I admit those lower down the status ladders have more margin for error to find upgrades for problems. The age old excuses of twisting double standards threats are like fisherman’s tales, they are an auto response used to mask accepting any guilt demons etc. I agree with a_tom that not knowing creates fear which causes mental health issues. i now don’t have that fear as i have reached a saturation threshold of how much any details can ever matter, and how much pain leverage can be fired at me. It all comes down to removing naivity and creating future cultures that have balanced expectations from day one so logic is second nature and naive concepts such as split logic justice become more like playground mentality jokes about splitting shorts, (split logic double standard short circuits).
It’s been said loads on this forum that silence is a help. I agree silence can be like inhaling breath, it gives a clear channel without giving out any leverage that can be twisted by double standards pressure. the point is it becomes like ‘waiting to exhale’. Eventually you have exhale as well as inhale to have a healthy balance or the inhaling breathing silent voice becomes choked with frustration and it’s own double standards.
I try and keep my mood as balanced as i can. Magnetic mood is key. I try and live vicariously through all the access points, local and universally. You could never know if you were in love, had power, had respect, had the safe ground etc. The most you can ever do is live and exist vicariously through the middle ground overlaps and try not to worry as much about the incoming and outgoing details. Then try and use a rolling bulls eye attitude to try and keep your focus gun sights centred.
No ones perfect and most do need overlaps. the key is to not have false loyalty to deconstructive overlaps whether their psychiatry, religion, emotional, scientific or magic etc. All id’s and all overlaps have pro’s and con’s. There’s always more pro’s than con’s in the long term, it’s why existence is hear in the first place. i've had to try a few times to log in and a few times to submit this post. there's always pivotal obstacles and always pro's and con's for them and the resons for them. the key is to let those in the proper channels deal with the policing of them. local guilt and innocence tech barely registers on the magnetic ladder. those with deeper tech should be left to handle the dangerous short circuit hair triggers. we can only witness and condone or not what we witness, our actions are more superficial than relevent. it's the magnetic residue that has all the relevence.

Hi a_tom, if you think of when you watch a film and pick holes in the continuity, policing your condition is similar. If you saw a crim talking on a mobile phone about a crime, you would think the government could easily be monitoring the call. In the bigger picture our minds are no different to mobile phones. Our private thoughts could just as easily be monitored by any amount of governments from any amount of worlds or realities.
I believe the truth is no matter how high or low your tech is on any ladder scale, all the tech is traceable and eventually available to any policing. Our illusions of privacy are a strong cause of mental health issues . there is always a lost in translation issue and always a threshold issue of how accurate the evidence is but there has to be some judgement calls and there has to be a connection into the ineveitable world of hybrid property and hybrid reality. we have to move away from private vs public and move into hybrid.
I encourage mind reading. I’ve lived with it for about two decades and i don’t focus on the status qou policing issue. I see the potential of mind reading and the threats of it. i expand the mind reading sabotage issues to personality hacking. It’s like we all do live in a trueman show that is evolving us away from naivity and into a truer reality.
Rpg games are like role playing guidelines to how reality should be. my advice is don’t shoot the messenger, don’t shoot the message, don’t shoot yourself in the foot, don’t shoot everything, shoot the buck with guessed buck shot to balance the bucks like balancing the books.
Trigger compensating is like cleaning a surface. Loop holes are like dirt and germs. If you start abusing the loop holes it’s like cleaning a surface with a dirty cloth, it only makes it worse than before and spreads more germs.
It’s not about the power of negativity or the power of positivity. It’s about the power of lining up all the role playing guess’s of all versions of honesty, whether the versions are descriptively intended as honest help or not.
Prayers are like magnetic ripples that try and cluster collateral leverage. They try and become the ace in the pack. It’s like associating with having the best insurance, whether it’s the best team, the best mate, the best partner, the best back up etc. My belief is we’re all hybrid sub id’s that have our face value used as collateral by us and by all other sub id versions of any other id’s. It’s a control tug of war free for all. Factual ,(F) actual is more like fake actual.
The ace card parent trap is always shouted as what wins wars but never as what causes wars. Where’s my parents helping me with honesty if the parent trap is so worth the high ground. I believe If you had enough pure tech to simulate it and took me out of existence it would look a lot worse than it did before.
Expectations are crucial. Staying focused on your expectations is the best mood stabiliser going. I’m doing a lot better at mood stability but it’s still hard to stop a mood tilt sliding once it’s started. I stop the start of the slides a lot more but still find it hard to stop mood sliding once the snow balls roll. It’s because i’ve never had any professional respect for anything i’ve ever done. It’s the local professionals that have caused more ill health than anything else, not just with me but lots like me.
This sounds complicated but it’s how i see it. i believe existence is all hypothetical ,role playing, hybrid, sub id, magnetic frequency, figment, fragment, forming and fracturing. It needs professionals to sink their teeth into it and take the pressure popping of everyone and everything.
There’s a uk show called pete vs life and that’s how i see the best way to mask the pressure (e.g rog vs life or tom vs life etc). you’ve got to have some amount of bluff whether it’s distraction or delusion, to mask the weight of pressure. going for your standard bulls eyes is a healthy distraction, whether it’s sport, sex, tunes, comedy, gaming, or art etc. Channelling the overlap overloads is more important than policing or diagnosing them.

loop hole stretch is the best gauge as to the validity of any tech, local or not. All tech fires the same equalising gun of magnetic flow. The relevance of the gun shot’s is relative to the stretch on the trigger that fires the universal gun and where the universal gun is fired and why etc.
Local out of bounds jealousy is astronomical. The symptoms become like a pain in the arse. I understand and believe that it’s all magnetic flow, that’s my honest opinion. The magnetic flow still has to channel through access points to manipulate. The high degree of slip streaming synchronicity and pressure popping has to be done by someone or something somewhere. Locally and externally there is a chronically high degree of illegal manipulation. i believe with credibility it is not just random synchronicity it is blatently universally illegal and affects the standards of all tech involved.

I handle the gang stalking pressure popping condition a lot better since i started seeing it like an rpg game of existence. If it helps anyone going through extreme coincidences like me, just imagine how easily the coincidences could be synchronised at the push of a button by other controllers with higher tech, e.g like humans would do to characters on a role playing game. If you imagine existence as a role playing experience with all id’s as controllable avatar access points that can all be replicated and layered but with each in the moment sub id being unique, it gives a purer perspective of any outcome and coincidence. Access points can become pivotal dominoes for blending conflicting magnetic agendas (like old royal marriages or role models etc).
If you imagine each local id has a magnetic radar range of coincidental probability for the occurrences they’ve experienced it would give a flow wave chart of average perspective with peaks and troughs of wave distribution etc. My probability wave is like a universal tsunami never mind a local one, yet professionals and amateurs alike dismiss it as a coincidence. No court or science experiment anywhere would ever dismiss such blatent evidence.
All local professionals are all trying to pass the buck. None of them want to go near admitting responsibility for the huge discrepencies in local standards with me and others like me, they all try and pass it up or down the buck chain. The potential is huge if they were honest about it and the threats are huge if they’re not, the status quo is the worst threat and worst option of them all. It’s not catch 22, something needs to be done by something. The more the mess is sorted out then the less it matters where the buck is, and vice versa. It’s no good saying humans are blaming computers or vice versa, it needs the obvious logic that is out there to be put into practice.
Logic dominoes are like water filters they face obstacles and only stand up if they are purer than the pressure popping of the surrounding leaning domino overlaps. i see it like i’ve shown a way through level one to clocking the role playing game of existence in terms of logic not tech. It comes with the territory that magnetic radar overlaps with other id access points and attracts the relative flow (not positive or negative but universally nexus centred, relative tracking alignment distribution).
I almost believe the predator prey relationship is more spiritually logical than it is given credit for. It’s like gateways of assimilating with higher tech into future dispersed versions of increased magnetic purity. there’s always an educational factor as a pro out of any con, but calling sz and gang stalking a coincidence is a domino that will never stand up. I admit if magnetic overlaps are now changing the rule book then old statistics are less relevant, but it can’t be used as an excuse to keep passing the buck and as a license to give loop hole smokers an excuse to not stop abusing their responsibility. It needs all to stay calmer and create a gentleman’s agreement of suggestion that filters the id filtering into the proper channels so it becomes accepted second nature and removes naivity that then in turn removes double standards pressure and then in turn removes the need to worry about where the buck is. I don’t believe in passing the buck and i don’t believe in passing luck off as the buck.
Sz like and hair trigger mood sliding Jeckyl and hyde twister double standards symptoms can be avoided a lot easier if life is seen as a role playing experience within a rigged slot machine of open season effects control. It becomes selling out vs sold out. It becomes those who flow vs those who block. It’s taken me ages to try and post this post when it normally should take seconds, so you can see the obvious blocking at work if any professionals ever checked the evidence to trace the blocking dominoes there’s always a pro out of any con and always a professional id to catch any con id. some local id’s and external local id’s would destroy the world in a mood flash instead of facing their demons. Local prioritising is a mess but id doesn’t wind me up anymore, the worst is over and the answers have drawn the lines for all professionals to start colouring in the details.
