I already wrote this as a reply to another post and as a separate post, but I think it is important to post it here as well. At first I would like to point you to a site

Now for those that were or are still mentally abused one way or another. I guess we all fall into that category. To all of you who are scared for your life or well being. It is their goal to make you scared and thus make you do irrational things. This makes it easier for them to get you into a mental hospital or other institutions alike. There they can do with you whatever they want. So I urge you to keep your cool and read the other posts I have written. I got diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, but now I am totally off my meds and are feeling great.
OK, so here is my experience and thoughts of what technology and methods they use. Maybe there are more, but these are more commonly used. I am writing a book about my experience, but I first have to finish my college degree, so it might take a while. And then I also have to translate it into English.
They basically use every means at their disposal to try to get you scared. To Anastazya who thought she will be kidnapped and used as a sex slave. Understand that they try to use your own thoughts and your own fears against you. So they place different scare methods along your path. Yes, they also use people that are close to you. But remember this, your mind and your negative thoughts are your greatest enemy. This is shown well in a classic movie from 1956, The forbidden planet.
1.
Induction of electromagnetic fields Usually they use a mobile phones, wall outlets, electronic devices, lighting, basically any thing that emits bad electromagnetic fields. What this does is I think induce false signals on the nervous system which gets misinterpreted by our brain and because of this we get visions, hear sounds, feel "touch". Basically they try to fool our brain into thinking something is there when it is not. How to guard yourself against this? Most importantly is NOT TO BE STILL Move away from the place you are at at the moment. If you are in bed think of a song you like or better yet turn on some music and start moving to the rhythm. To make their plan work you have to remain still, that is why I think most of such attacks happen when we are sleeping. I covered the wall outlets with stones and had the cat with me over night. Cats are great for eliminating negative energy or electrosmog. I also unplugged all the electrical appliances in the room. Don't ask me how I know this but they do their work from 3-7 am. At least where I am from. That is why before I ran away from home I didn't sleep through the night. Be aware though that usually there will be people close to you trying to persuade you to go to sleep with different aproaches. That is at least what happened when my parents tried to persuade my by different methods to go to sleep, they even tried by force but I had none of it.

By using different smells They try to make you remember bad memories or just try to make you go to sleep. Again it is best to move away from the place you are at, or at least air out the room.

By using different sounds (usually loud sometimes whispering) They will try anything from sirens to bells, alarms, people talking loudly, slamming doors all with the intention to scare you. The best thing to do is to remain calm and try to think rationally. Because when you get scared your blood is pumped from the frontal lobe of the brain (our thinking center) into the part of the brain where our subconscious resides. This triggers the FIGHT OR FLIGHT mechanism (look it up on the internet), which pumps the blood from our vital organs into our limbs, arms and legs. And that is why when you are scared you cannot think clearly and do irrational things. When you have such an experience think of Macgyver and how he always remained calm no matter what and thus always solved the problem

One other method to calm you down and make you more confident that I used extensively are affirmations. Whenever I felt that I was in danger I repeated this affirmations in my thoughts:
I accept divine guidance and I am always safe.II
Like attracts like, and I am good. Believe me that this works wonders even when faced with a gang of thugs (personal experience). You can find different affirmations on the internet. You have to find one that works best for the given situation.

Inducing exhaustion They do this by connecting with one another somehow and try to increase their bad energy field by doing this. Be aware when you start feeling tired for no apparent reason. "Scan" your surroundings for such connections. This mostly happens when you are between two such persons. Recently though I have had experience when using the train. There were at least five different people trying to make me go to sleep. They try using different ways of connecting with one another, so that you have to constantly be on guard and try to think of how they connected each time you start to feel tired. The most common way of connecting is that the last in line emits the negative energy or the one in the middle. But they are constantly changing this and thinking of new ways to fool you. Usually this people seem to be sleeping. Sometimes they use mobile phones to increase their power. how you guard yourself? Each time you start feeling tired you have to tell your brain where to put up "the shield" and you have to distribute more shields in different patterns and different strengths depending on how many there are. For example if there are five people and they are linked in a line and you suspect that he is on your left, you say to your brain to put up a shield of 5 on your left side. If you suspect that 3 are influencing you from the left and 2 from the front. You say to your brain to up a shield with the strength of three on your left and a shield the strength of two in the front.
