It's the same guy Mark, in every single one of those pictures, it's Barack Obama. His face looks different for a number of reasons. First off, he, like many other people, is capable of making a wide variety of facial expressions. His eyes look different, because in some pictures he's smiling, in others he's frowning, etc. Find yourself a mirror and attempt to create some of these facial expressions and you'll see that a person's face can change to a significant degree. Hell, sometimes I look in the mirror and barely recognize myself.
Secondly, as some others have pointed out, in some of the pictures he's clearly tired. It happens to most people when they don't get enough sleep. Symptoms include bags under the eyes, sunken cheeks, and maybe furrowed eyebrows in some cases.
I don't even know what facial isolation means, nor, I suspect, does anyone else in this thread other than you. And you cannot make a claim that something has never happened to any other person ever in history. This site http://www.prb.org/Articles/2002/HowManyPeopleHaveEverLivedonEarth.aspx estimates that there have been over 100 billion people born throughout the course of human history. You're being very hyperbolic.
Ultimately, there aren't any stand-ins. It's all one guy, Barack Obama. And like every politician in America, ultimately he doesn't give a damn about you, only about your vote. I know it's pointless to try to argue any of this with you, as you're clearly completely gripped by your delusion, but you really should listen to the people here and try to find some help. You don't sound like you're doing very well and no one here wants to see you get worse.

Take photos of Barack on 8/9/2010 and 10/20/2010 and the matches are distinct, identical, and unavailable for a third day. Why is this? The person who spoke on August 9th is the person who spoke on October 20th. Your explanation as to why there is no third match is, "In some pictures he's smiling, some he's frowning." How on earth is this an explanation? Explain!

So he was tired on August 9th just like he was tired on October 20th, 71 days later? That's why the matches are identical for the two days? I'd love to direct your own words towards you: Raoul, congratulations. You're gripped by delusion. Mid-sentence expressions are telltale of a face. Why is there nothing even remotely close to these photos on a third day? If you state that this has happened to another human being, I'd love to see that.
If the term facial isolation is unfamiliar to you, let me explain it: Find this phenomena happening to another human being. You can't produce anything remotely close to the photos on August 9th and October 20th. You're stating blindly that he attempted to make brand new expressions that are identical for those two days because he was tired on just those two days.
