Schizophrenia Symptom Working Memory

I've been on Invega for a month. The worst issue I have right now is with working memory. Reading and getting my point across is very hard. I can't connect chunks of information and it makes it hard to have conversations that are satisfying to me.I was told the medicine can work even better then it is now for up to a year. So I know I have some time for it to get somewhat better on it's own.

Did any of you have this problem? How did you cope with it and or fix it? Any ideas or vitamins? Anything would be helpful I'm scared to go back to college at this point and don't know what to do since my IQ took such a drop (Just wanted to get that off my chest.) Thank you!

Hi, polandspring! You can come here and take things off your chest any time You don't have to go back to college right now, take some times to look after yourself and be patient with yourself.
