sounds like schizophrenia to me. Just because you dont have hallucinations doesnt mean you dont have it. There are quite a few schizophrenics who never experience any hallucinations. The experience of schizophrenia is different for everyone. There are so many different symptoms and different forms and levels of severity of them.
if you have flattened speech and show no emotions, this is called "flattened affect" and yes, it is a common schizophrenic symptom (classified as one of the negative symptoms). Do you actually feel as if you dont really have any emotions, or do you just appear that way? either one or both can be a symptom . Flattened affect means the person shows little or no emotional expression, but may be actually feeling a lot of emotions. People with schizophrenia can also feel as if they are "dead and empty" like they have no feelings and are indifferent to everything.
What kinds of delusions do you have? A person can be diagnosed with schizophrenia even if their only symptom is Delusions, depending on how bizaar the delusions are.
Also, i know i already sound like a talking encyclopedia, but you titled your post "disorganized speech" it doesnt sound like you are having this from what you described. Disorganized speech is when a person talks in such ways that are hard to follow and understand, for example, they might be talking about something one minute, and suddenly skip over and start talking about something else that has nothing to do with it. or they can have what are called "word salads" This is when the words they are trying to say get jumbled up, like they mean to say "im going to take the dog for a walk" but instead they say "Im taking to going the walk for a dog"
hope this helps.
